Gender Balance Policy

XTOP 2026 is fully committed to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in accordance with the IUC Gender Balance Policy. The Scientific Advisory Board has been composed to ensure balanced representation across disciplines, geographical regions, and genders. Particular attention is given to the inclusion of female scientists among invited speakers, session chairs, and committee members. While the overall proportion of women in the relevant research fields is approximately 15–25 %, the organizers aim to achieve around 30 % female representation among invited speakers and session chairs wherever feasible.

We will promote the IUCr gender policy statement during the conference and on our website.
