Formatting guidelines

Plain text only, with a maximum of 400 words (excluding the title and list of authors).

Permitted formatting: newlines and paragraphs only (even though the editor may display additional options such as bold or italic).

Figures are not permitted.

Authors and co-authors are entered separately during the submission process.
Important remarks

Abstracts may be submitted for “Oral/Poster” (preference for an oral presentation) or “Poster” (poster presentation only).

Under “Topic/Session”, please specify the corresponding conference topic / preferred session for a possible oral presentation.

Please specify only one “author” (this person is considered the presenter); list all other contributors as “co-authors”.

For both abstract submission and registration the same account can be used.
Step-by-step instructions

Follow the link to the abstract submission system below.

Create an account for the abstract submission system or log in with an existing account.

On the dashboard, click “Add Submission” or edit an abstract already submitted.

Complete the steps “Add Submission” and “Contributors”.

Review and/or confirm your submission (“Review & Submit”); submitted abstracts may be modified via the dashboard until the abstract submission deadline.

After clicking the final “Save & Continue”, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided.
