Instruction to presenters

Oral presentations

The duration of the oral presentations are as follows. We ask the speakers to keep sufficient time for discussions.

Tutorials: 45 min presentation + 15 min discussion

Invited talks: 25 min presentation + 5 min discussion

Oral contribution: 12 min presentation + 3 min discussion

Poster presentations

Please prepare your poster in DIN A0 portrait format (841 x 1189 mm)

Authors need to be present at their posters during the poster session for discussions with attendees. Authors are also responsible for removing their posters by the following morning at the latest.
