We have received several requests for partial registration options and are now pleased to be able to accommodate them by offering remaining places as One-Day Passes.

One-Day-Passes allow you to attend the conference on a selected day and take part in the program and activities scheduled for that day.

Important Remarks

• Follow the link below to access the registration system.
• Please note that registration using the link provided below requires you to pay the conference fee by credit card (VISA and MasterCard) at the end of the registration process. If this is not possible for you, please send us an email at xtop2026∂kit.edu before you start the registration process.
• For both abstract submission and registration the same account can be used.
• Registration ends on Friday, 18 September 2026.

Step-by-step instructions

• Step 1: Enter your personal information. If you would like to register someone else instead of yourself, please select that option from the menu.
• Step 2/3: Please note that, in accordance with German tax law, we are required to inform you about the tax-free and taxable portions of the participation fee in steps 2 and 3. This does not affect the total amount of the participation fee, which is shown again in both steps for the purpose of transparency.
• Step 4: Please indicate your academic degree. You may also provide additional information, such as special dietary needs, as well as a reference to the abstract you submitted.

• Step 5: The summary of your registration is shown here. Please accept the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page and then click “Confirm”.
