Important Remarks
- Follow the appropriate link below to access the registration system (KIT-external or KIT-internal).
- Please note that registration using the link provided below requires you to pay the conference fee by credit card (VISA and MasterCard) at the end of the registration process. If this is not possible for you, please send us an email at xtop2026∂kit.edu before you start the registration process.
- For both abstract submission and registration the same account can be used.
- Registration ends on Thursday, 20 August 2026.
Step-by-step instructions
- Step 1: Enter your personal information. If you would like to register someone else instead of yourself, please select that option from the menu.
- Step 2/3: Choose between regular and student registration.
- Please note: To register as a student, you must upload a proof of enrollment in Step 2.
- Please also note that, in accordance with German tax law, we are required to inform you about the tax-free and taxable portions of the participation fee in steps 2 and 3. This does not affect the total amount of the participation fee, which is shown again in both steps for the purpose of transparency.
- Step 4: If you would also like to participate in the tutorial, please select this option here (additional cost: 100 euros).
- Step 5: Please indicate your academic degree. You may also provide additional information, such as special dietary needs, as well as a reference to the abstract you submitted.
